The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our team at a pivotal moment of growth. You will support the day-to-day execution of Eneve’s marketing across content, sales enablement, events, and brand, working directly with our Senior Marketing Manager and closely with sales, product, and consultancy teams.

We need someone who loves to build, produce, and get things done. Someone who can take a brief and turn it into a polished LinkedIn post, a compelling one-pager, or a well-run event without needing their hand held. You will support the engine that keeps Eneve’s marketing moving across multiple markets and channels.

What You Will Do

Content Production

•        Write and publish LinkedIn content (company page) across NL, UK, IE, BE, and

•        Produce blog articles and SEO/AEO/GEO/AIO-informed copy in English and another European language

•        Support with writing website and landing page copy in line with Eneve’s brand voice and positioning

•        Brief our designer on creative assets and manage rounds of feedback to final delivery

Sales Enablement

•        Produce sales decks, one-pagers, PDFs, and other materials that help account executives close deals faster

•        Act as the link between sales feedback and marketing production. Turn insights from the field into sharper, more relevant assets

•        Maintain and refresh existing sales materials to keep them current with product and market developments

Events

•        Support the operational execution of Eneve’s events programme. Managing vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day

•        Help with event communications, attendee management, and post-event follow-up 

Brand Management

•        Manage merchandise ordering and distribution for colleagues and at events

•        Monitor and enforce brand guideline compliance across internal and external materials

•        Keep design briefs clear and well-organized so the designer can move fast

Multi-Market and Multi-Department Execution of Marketing

•        Support marketing execution across both Eneve’s Software and Consultancy business lines, ensuring messaging reflects the combined value proposition

•        Help expand and maintain the target account list for ABM, keeping data clean and coverage growing

Vereisten

What We Are Looking For

Essential

•        2-3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or professional services

•        Strong copywriting skills in English. Dutch and Spanish language skills are strong assets, but not needed.

•        Experience producing a range of marketing assets: social posts, blog articles, presentations, one-pagers

•        Comfortable working with design teams and briefing creative work effectively

•        Highly organized, self-managing, and able to handle multiple workstreams at once

Nice to Have

•        Background in energy, utilities, or complex B2B technology markets

•        Experience supporting events coordination or vendor management

•        Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization, experience with Semrush

•        Knowledge of ABM principles and target account management. Experience with Clay and other ABM tools

Not Required

•        HubSpot CRM or pipeline management experience (we have this covered)

•        Go-to-market strategy or campaign planning experience

•        CMS or website module management
