The Job
At GreenFlux, we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Bid Manager to join our Customer Solutions team. You will help professionalize our tender management approach and ensure we deliver high-quality, competitive proposals efficiently and consistently.
You will own the end-to-end bid process, working closely with Sales Directors and colleagues across Customer Solutions, Product and other departments. Sales retains ownership of customer relationships and commercial strategy; you drive bid planning, coordination, proposal quality and timely submission.
Beyond individual bids, you will strengthen our way of working through reusable content, a reliable knowledge base, AI-enabled automation, and insights from tender outcomes and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end bid execution, from requirements review and planning to response preparation, quality checks and timely submission.
- Support Sales with bid qualification, priorities, competitive positioning and compelling proposal development.
- Coordinate input and reviews across Sales, Customer Solutions, Product, Legal and other experts, ensuring responses are accurate and approved by the relevant owners.
- Standardize and improve bid workflows, responsibilities and quality controls, using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work.
- Maintain a structured library of approved tender responses, product information, and supporting sales documentation.
