About the role 

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, environments. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, ensuring that security, automation, reliability, and operational excellence are embedded throughout Ecedo’s technology landscape.  

You will report to the Team Lead DevSecOps and work together with Operation team members.  

What you’ll do 

Cloud Platform Engineering  

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure across AWS & Azure.   

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to ensure consistency, scalability, and governance.  

• Advise on and help implement maintaining cloud networking, security, identity, and access management controls.  

• Support cloud platform modernization initiatives and cloud-native architectures.  

• Optimize platform performance, resilience, availability, and cost efficiency. 

DevOps & Automation  

• Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines supporting  application delivery.  

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration management, and operational processes. 

• Drive adoption of DevSecOps best practices across engineering teams.  

• Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms where applicable.  

• Improve release reliability, deployment frequency, and operational efficiency through automation. 

Coordination 

• Help with prioritization of the operations team workload 

• Work with Application development on selecting added value for the DevOps & Operations teams streamlining deployments and resolving issues 

Vereisten

What you bring 

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or DevSecOps roles.  

• Proven experience managing and supporting enterprise cloud environments.  

• Strong experience supporting C#/.NET applications and development teams.  

• Experience implementing cloud security controls and operational best practices.  

• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.  

• Experience operating business-critical production environments.
