Senior QA/QC Engineer – Data Centre Construction (Netherlands)
€70,000 – €90,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance
We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior QA/QC Engineer to join their on-site project team in the Netherlands.
This role will play a key part in driving quality assurance and quality control across major CSA packages on a hyperscale data centre project. You will work closely with construction, design, and subcontractor teams to ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest technical standards.
This role suits a QA/QC professional with strong inspection, documentation, and site coordination experience across complex construction or mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate QA/QC activities across civil, structural and architectural works
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, ITPs, codes, and client requirements
• Manage inspections, NCRs, punch lists, and corrective action close-out
• Review subcontractor quality documentation, method statements and material submittals
• Carry out audits, site inspections, and quality surveillance activities
• Coordinate closely with construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors on quality matters
• Maintain quality records, dossiers, as-builts, and handover documentation
• Support reporting of quality metrics, progress updates, and compliance tracking
• Drive QA/QC standards across site and support a strong right-first-time culture
• Support project closeout and final quality sign-off activities
About You
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Strong experience in QA/QC delivery on large-scale construction projects
• Data centre, pharma, industrial or mission-critical experience preferred
• Strong understanding of inspections, ITPs, NCR management and quality systems
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and process-driven approach
