The energy transition is impossible without you as Specialist Operational Capacity Management
In a highly automated environment, you work closely with automated systems. You combine advanced automation with human judgment to proactively prevent congestion and safeguard grid reliability. You monitor current and expected grid conditions, intervene when necessary, and directly contribute to the continuous operation of the energy system.
At the same time, you contribute to the ongoing development of these automated systems. By translating operational experience into improvements, you help make the systems smarter, more robust, and ready to scale as the electricity grid continues to evolve.
You’ll be working on:
-
Monitoring the grid and intervening when human action is required in an otherwise autonomous system.
-
Translating signals from the Grid as a Service (GAAS) platform into concrete operational actions to prevent or mitigate bottlenecks.
-
Handling incidents in close collaboration with control rooms, experts, and customers.
-
Turning operational experience into structural improvements for processes, tooling, and decision support.
-
Translating theory, policies, and new capabilities into clear, workable procedures that colleagues can apply immediately.
-
Contributing to development on the various intelligent systems
-
Feeding operational insights back to development teams to improve automation, observability, and robustness of an otherwise autonomous system.
