Enexis plays an extremely important role in the energy transition. In the coming period, the energy networks must be significantly expanded to meet the increasing demand, and more and more data is needed to properly manage the energy network. To optimally utilize this data for Enexis services, we use state-of-the-art cloud solutions. Enexis is progressive in the area of cloud transition and is leading the way in the world of network operators and energy companies.
Solutions are primarily realized from the Cloud in order to meet the requirements of a flexible and dynamic ICT landscape. In relation to this, cybersecurity, and identity and access management have become increasingly important. Within this exciting field, a number of interesting positions are available.
The positions are vacant within two young and dynamic expert teams in the field of Identity Management & Access Control. Each team, consisting of about 8 employees, is part of the Secure Cloud Services value chain.

This is how you will tackle this challenge…
You are part of a multidisciplinary organization that addresses the continuity, renewal, and innovation aspects of information provisioning within Enexis. In this role, you further elaborate IAM architecture issues into a concrete, realizable level of detail. In this context, you are co-responsible for the development of architecture policies and standards, stakeholder management, and you are part of the ICT Architecture community.

Your colleagues from the Identity & Access Management team. As a team, we work on the design, setup, management, and optimization of IAM processes, applications, and tools. We do this in three-week sprints, so we can quickly respond to the needs of the business. We primarily work at the location in Zwolle, Arnhem, Den Bosch, Weert, or from home. And the atmosphere? It’s welcoming: we gladly help each other and share many laughs. While we enjoy a good time, we also work hard together to deliver the very best quality.

Job Requirements

As a Solution Architect IAM, you are responsible for designing secure and user-friendly IAM solutions for our internal and external customers. You establish the IAM architecture and standards and take responsibility for the technical guidance of the implementations. You work with a talented team at our location in Zwolle, where you set up our IAM environment with the latest innovations and extensive automation.
   You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior IAM Engineer/Architect;
   You are familiar with the standards, methodologies, and principles in the field of IAM architectures and have experience in developing and applying them;
   You have knowledge of Access Control protocols (OIDC/OAuth/Kerberos), Identity Management (System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)/REST API/ODATA), Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

For this role you have to be fluent in both Dutch and English

   Salary between €4,531 and €6,474 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Including secondary benefits, your salary can go up to €8,331 gross per month.
   Contribution of 70% to your ABP Keuze Pensioen.
   A personal budget of 10% and a 13th month bonus of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can use these flexibily or have them paid out monthly or annually.
   24.5 vacation days for a full-time employment. Need more recharge time? With your personal budget and 13th month, you can buy up to 35.5 extra leave days.
