As we’re planning to install 3.000.000 heat pumps by around 2030 we’re seeking a highly motivated and ambitious person that’s not afraid to make her or his hands dirty and make a real dent in the climate change challenge that we are already facing. Are you ready to rise to the challenge?

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be at the heart of our company, supporting a team of Installers with carrying out successful installations. You will be first in line to help our installers to solve complex installation issues on the job and improve installation processes. It’ s very important that you like complex situations, ask the right questions and have a technical background. Your goal will be to provide excellent support to our installers and ensure a smooth customer experience.

What you will bring:

• Provide your expertise of technical support to Installers, by answering questions by phone or online communication, and solving issues beyond their expertise.

• Be an installation and product expert by sharing knowledge and documenting it in written materials.

• Improve installation processes by changing the way of working or improve tools.

• Be an intermediary between our product team and field employees. Share 2-way feedback, to help improve our product and customer experience.

• Together with the team brainstorm ideas on how to improve our internal processes and help us grow.

• Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!

What you will need:

• You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.

• Preferably you have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience within home installation technologies on Heat and/or Electrical work

• You must have a degree of MBO 4 Electrician, to support with our ‘zegelrecht’

• You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

• You enjoy solving technical problems and learning new techniques while doing that.

• You know how to provide support to your colleagues in a helpful, polite & solution-oriented manner.

• You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them.

• You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.

Even better if you have:

• Experience working with heat pumps, air conditioning units or central heating systems.

• Ability to write technical materials and manuals.
