Your profile and background
Hands-on offshore installation experience and Systems Engineering
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for this position, as your work involves collaboration with international teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of Dutch is preferred, as it is beneficial for internal communication.
Your contribution to TenneT
- Providing technical support for offshore projects – Advising and guiding projects on offshore cable installation and burial challenges, from design to execution.
- Driving innovation and research – Keeping up with the latest developments in the offshore industry and initiating research projects such as Joint Industry Research initiatives.
- Building and fostering collaboration – Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and cooperation within the industry.
- Collecting and implementing lessons learned – Evaluating projects, gathering insights, and ensuring they are translated into improved processes and guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining technical requirements – Working closely with specialists within and outside the organization to ensure that offshore cable installation and burial standards remain up-to-date and applicable.

Additional information
- A permanent contract with a two-month probation period, based on 40 hours per week.
- A salary in scale 9, ranging from €4675 to €9196 per month, with 8% holiday pay, 6% year-end bonus, and a 70% pension contribution.
- A solid pension through ABP: we cover 70% of your premium.
- 43 vacation days per year.
