How you’ll make a difference

At Xebia, we go beyond keeping systems running — we help organizations reinvent themselves through the cloud. As part of our Managed Services & Engineering team, you’ll not only tackle complex technical challenges, but also bring innovative solutions to life for enterprise clients across Europe.

You’ll be joining a strong, close-knit team — Martijn, Friederike, Daan, and Lars — that thrives on trust, curiosity, and craftsmanship. From day one, you’ll take the lead on:

• Bringing creative solutions to client challenges, not just fixing what’s broken but helping define what’s next

• Co-shaping technical strategy with clients, Google engineers, and fellow Xebians

• Sharing your ideas, tools, and patterns to help elevate the entire team — and shape how we do things internally

• Contributing to the evolution of our support and innovation offering — and driving new ways of working

This role is equal parts problem-solver, thought partner, innovator, and mentor.

What you’ll be doing

• Investigating complex Google Cloud issues — and turning them into lasting improvements

• Designing smart solutions that make systems more resilient, scalable, and future-ready

• Collaborating with Google support and client teams to co-create success

• Onboarding new clients and shaping scalable ways to support them

• Sharing your knowledge in team sessions, internal tools, blog posts, or tech talks

• Experimenting with new tools and approaches — and bringing them into production
