About the Team

We are looking for a full-stack web developer to join our Growth team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving technical and product strategies, operations, architecture, and execution for one of the largest sites in the world.

General Information

• You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute the product and business strategy.
• Your focus will be on building novel products and features that enhance user experiences.
• You will contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of motivated engineers, contribute to standards that improve developer workflows, and mentor junior engineers to help them grow their technical expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute product and business strategy
• Develop novel products and features for othe nboarding experience.
• Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch
• Review code, design documents, and provide feedback on product specifications and mocks
• Contribute to improving developer workflows and recommend best practices

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily focusing on developing user-facing, reusable UI components, managing application state efficiently, and optimizing performance in one or more general-purpose programming languages, preferably Javascript, Typescript, Golang and Pythong

Bonus Experience

• Knowledge of GraphQL, REST, HTTP basics, and the ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on schedule
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed, innovative, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with remote teams and communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Technical leadership experience

Must-Haves
Over all 5+ yrs

Min 4+ years of exp in Javascript or Typescript

Min 4+ years of exp Golang

Experience working on B2C products, experience working in enterprise companies

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: €31,00 – €52,00 per hour
