Your team in the Large Consumption and Networks department. You will have the freedom to work in a team of 5 engineers, independently on problems that translate the requirements of your Enexis value chain into smart solutions. You will work closely with many different teams to create, navigate, improve and maintain complex process flows in various modern environments.

Enexis is transforming into an IT company. More and more departments are using business processing modeling to automate their processes and workflows. Because of the performance advantage, at Enexis we chose to apply Flowable in a Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript stack in an AWS context. Many solutions have already been successfully realized. Due to this success, the solution is becoming increasingly popular, which in turn creates an additional growing need. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced BPM engineer to join our teams.

What will you do?

Enexis is evolving into an IT-driven company. Many departments are now using business process modeling to automate their processes and workflows. To gain a performance edge, Enexis has adopted Flowable technology within a Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript stack in an AWS context. Due to the success of these implementations, there is a growing demand for our solutions. We are now seeking an experienced TypeScript/Node.js developer to strengthen our business teams.

What will you be doing?

You will collaborate with a team that includes product owners, architects, and engineers, following a SAFe/agile framework. Your role involves automating business processes using Flowable technology and utilizing TypeScript/Node.js for backend development (excluding frontend). Your responsibilities include developing high-quality code, ensuring this quality through automated testing and code reviews, as well as implementing security measures to protect the code and systems.

Job Requirements

What do we expect?

• We expect you to be a team player who is naturally curious and willing to ask colleagues about functional and technical issues you encounter. You should be proactive in suggesting improvements.
• You should have extensive knowledge of several of the following technologies and expertise: TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, SOAP services, DocumentDB (e.g., MongoDB), HTML5, CSS3, CI/CD tooling, Cloud, JIRA, GIT and Security.
• You must be fluent in at least one programming language and have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Flowable or similar Business Process Management packages such as Camunda is preferred.
• Resident (and working) in the Netherlands.

• Salary between € 3.980, – and € 5.685, – gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Including your secundairy benefits, your salary can reach up to € 7,317, – gross per month.
• Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. These can be used flexibly or paid out monthly or annually.
• 24.5 vacation days for full-time employment. Need more recharging time? Use your personal budget and 13th month to buy up to 35.5 additional leave days.
• Contribution of 70% to your ABP elective pension.
• Opportunities to work from home, including a home office set up by us and an allowance of €2.40 per day.
• Laptop or tablet and phone that you may also use privately.
• Travel allowance and a first-class train pass for business use.
• Vitality budget of € 500,- .
