AV Engineer

Your mission

As an AV Engineer at The Storytelling Company, you will lead the charge in managing and coordinating the deliverables of international technical suppliers within the Audio Visual (AV) industry. Partnering closely with our Project Management team, you will ensure all stakeholders, including clients, architects, AV technology suppliers, and ICT teams, are aligned and engaged to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, solving technical challenges, and fostering collaboration across teams. With an eye for risk mitigation and milestone tracking, you will play a key role in turning ambitious ideas into reality.

This role involves some travel and working across multiple time zones.

Your profile

• 5+ years in a similar role within the AV, creative, or tech industry, managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong background in AV technologies (system design, integration, and commissioning) and ICT-dependent solutions, particularly network and server technologies.
• Project management expertise, with a proven ability to plan, organize, and steer projects to success.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and align diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a high sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
