Wat ga je doen?
The Product Engineer will be responsible for technical support to customers and testing the product deliverables as specified. You provide technical expertise in testing and product knowledge. You make sure there are accurate estimates and reports of test progress, including writing Test Procedures. On top you lead technical training to customers and support for trade shows.
Jouw werkzaamheden
- Support to customers, R&D, Marketing, Shows and Operation. Provides technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments;
- Testing (project based) software-, HW-, systems release during and after the development phase;
- Test reports and problems/issues logging in ticket database;
- Updating / improving service manual, test book and test procedures;
- Writes or assists in the development of technical training, test procedures and test plans;
- Contrive, arrange, build, and configures necessary test setup (hardware, software and operating environments) as needed to complete assigned testing;
- Keeping track and logging of own working hours/activities;
- Assist in the automation of relevant test procedures;
- Assist in review test processes as they are developed;
- Taking parts in development / quality meetings;
- Timely escalation of field issues or when dead-lines are (threat to be) compromised;
- Increase own knowledge of product / system and share this with others.

Wat heb jij in huis?
- Bachelor Electrical Engineering (BSC level) with 2 years experience or Technical study with 5-10 years experience;
- Software Programming;
- Electronics Networking architecture;
- MS Office (Word, Excel), E-mail, Data-base usage.
