Field Service Engineer
As a (Junior) Field Service Engineer at Dyanix, you will learn everything about installing, maintaining, and repairing our professional scanners and related software. With full training and coaching, you’ll develop step by step into a skilled Field Service Engineer.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
After a structured onboarding program, you will first shadow experienced colleagues and later work independently at customer sites. You will be the face of Dyanix for our clients. Your tasks include:
- Installing document, book, and large-format scanners.
- Performing preventive maintenance.
- Analyzing and solving technical issues.
- Advising and explaining to customers how to use their equipment effectively.
- Working closely with our support team for more complex cases.
- Reporting your activities accurately and keeping records up to date.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Above all, we want someone motivated and eager to learn. You might recognize yourself in the following:
- Interest in hardware, software, and IT.
- A degree in Mechanics, Electronics, or Computer Engineering is a plus, but not required.
- Work experience is not necessary – school leavers and starters are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexible, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Organized and structured way of working.
- Good Dutch communication skills and basic English for training and internal communication.
