IN SHORT

As an Energy Transition Originator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the green energy revolution by originating, negotiating, and closing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and innovative energy solutions including structured power supply and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Working closely with corporate clients, partners, and our internal teams, you will track market trends, analyse competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities in renewables to accelerate the move to clean energy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare proposals, tender documents, and client presentations to advance commercial negotiations and close transformative transactions.
• Focus on growing capabilities and driving through commercial transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial modelling, scenario analysis, and market intelligence reporting.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and investors to support sustainable growth.
• Stay ahead of market trends, keeping a pulse on evolving regulations, competitor pricing, and product structures to ensure competitive advantage.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
• Proven multitasking capabilities, highly organized with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is essential
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK or Netherlands
